    台中 - 東山棧(甕缸雞)

    這次介紹的這間店,說真的我個人覺得滿特別的,
     
    自從以前的德州炸雞倒店後,就沒在吃過手扒雞了
     
    雖然它並不完全跟手扒雞一樣,它叫【甕缸雞】,
     
    但它整隻雞烤出來的味道,真的是有過之而無不及了
     
     
    店面照,大坑山上不少賣甕缸雞的店家,朋友推薦這家是
    道地的老店,現在偶爾還有台啤的啦啦隊酒促小姐,可惜
    我不喝啤酒,不然就捧她場嚕
     
     
    門口外一甕一甕烤雞用,人多的話它的烤雞,上菜真的要
    等一些時間,畢竟它是現拷,不過還滿值得。
     
     
    您看看這黃金般的色澤,連雞屁股都烤的金光閃閃
    ,這配白飯就對了很對味,另外還有甕缸烤蝦,基於
    coco問題,這次沒有點,下次來一定要品嚐。
     
     
     
    有機蔬菜及麵線,我覺得麵線就普普了,
    誰叫我是飯食主義者。
     
     
    一鍋養生菇湯,菇是從新社那進貨,
    鮮美不油膩,新鮮度跟菇神有的比喔!!
